CMG Moves Up In Rankings
MADISON, Wis.-Fortune magazine has ranked CUNA Mutual Insurance Society and its subsidiaries 615th overall in its annual list of the top 1,000 American companies based on revenue. Among life and health mutual insurance companies, CUNA Mutual moved up one spot on the list to eighth. In 2002, CUNA Mutual ranked 668th among all companies. Fortune calculates its rankings for mutual insurance companies based on statutory revenues, including deposits.
NSC Endorses Allied Solutions
ARLINGTON, Va.-NAFCU Services Corp. (NSC) has selected Allied Solutions, in partnership with BANCServices Group, Inc. as its preferred partner for Overdraft Courtesy Protection. Under its Bounce Safe Overdraft Courtesy Protection Program, members who overdraw their account up to a preset limit will be made by the credit union. As a result, the member avoids merchant charges.

Two Sea Conferences Set To Sail
MADISON, Wis.-CU EduCruises is offering two new educational experiences at sea. From June 29-July 6, the Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines' "Vision of the Sea" will cruise off Alasaka and feature a"World Class Future Trends Symposium at Sea" theme. Speakers will include Bob Hoel, director of the Filene Research Institute, and Kathy Brown Robinson, a speaker, workshop leader, and trainer. Separately, CU EduCruises has scheduled its Managing Risk for CU Leaders for Nov. 9th-16th in the Southern Caribbean aboard the Princess Cruise Lines Love Boat "Dawn Princess." SHAZAM Selects ID Authenticator
JOHNSTON, Iowa-SHAZAM said it has selected Arcot's TransFort solution, to provide an Internet identification/authentication solution for SHAZAM participants that issue Visa affiliated debit cards. Under the terms of the agreement, SHAZAM will use Arcot's 3D Secure-compliant TransFort solution as a hosted solution to provide a real-time payment authentication solution required to support the Verified by Visa program. Verified by Visa is designed to confirm to the participating e-merchant that the online buyer is the actual cardholder.
