OSI Opens 2 New Centers

GLASTONBURY, Conn.-Open Solutions Imaging Systems Inc. (imagic), a subsidiary of Open Solutions Inc. and a provider of check imaging, COLD and document imaging technology. has opened two item-processing centers in the Northeast. The two centers are located in Simsbury, Conn. and Utica, N.Y. "The recent consolidation of item processing centers in the Northeast has left community financial institutions with limited choices," said Kevin Fahey, senior VP-group manager for Open Solutions. "In speaking with many of these community financial institutions, it became apparent that there was a strong demand for a viable and more economical alternative." Flat $995 Fee On Closings

WOBURN, Mass.-Members Mortgage Co. said it will process and close certain mortgage products for credit unions at a flat fee of $995 per loan in 2004,. The company said it is able to do so following the implementation of MortgageClick, the on-line mortgage decision solution powered by Prime Alliance.

Colo. CU Signs With PSCUFS

ENGLEWOOD, Colo-Safeway Rocky Mountain FCU has signed a long-term debit and credit card processing contract with PSCU Financial Services, St. Petersburg, Fla. Under the terms of the agreement, PSCU Financial Services will convert more than 8,000 debit accounts for signature and PIN processing to the DebitAdvantageTM platform and 4,000 credit card accounts to the CreditAbility platform for the $133-million credit union.
