Two Corporates Select OSI

GLASTONBURY, Conn.-Two corporate credit unions have selected a cash-management solution from Open Solutions Inc.'s e-Solutions Group business unit. The $4.2-billion Southeast Corporate FCU, Tallahassee, Fla. and $1.6-billion Atlanta-based Georgia Central Credit Union have selected OSI's e-Commerce Banker product suite for a custom version of its cash management solution. Both corporates are already using Open Solutions' The Complete Credit Union Solution core-processing platform.

PSCUFS Debuts Gift Card Program

ST. PETERSBURG, Fla.-PSCU Financial Services' has introduced a gift card program. "Credit union-branded gift cards provide an additional card type to attract and retain members as well as an additional revenue stream," the company said. "Industry analysts estimate that the stored value gift card market exceeds $100 billion, leaving no doubt to the immense proportion of consumer acceptance." PSCU Financial Services offers themed designs for birthdays, congratulations and other occasions. The gift card is embossed with the recipient's name and a greeting from the giver. Unlike cash or gift certificates, the option is available to have the card replaced if lost or stolen.

CU24, Global Access To Partner

PONTE VEDRA, Fla.-Global Axcess Corp., a company engaged in network-based electronic commerce and transaction processing, and Credit Union 24, a credit union-owned ATM and Point-of-Sale (POS) network, announced that they have signed an agreement providing for Global's national ATM network to gain direct cardholder access to Credit Union 24's ATM transaction switching and settlement services available to its more than 400 Network Participants.
