Ark. CU Using Indirect Application
LITTLE ROCK, Ark.-TruService Community FCU has signed with Salt Lake City, Utah-based Indirect Services, Inc.'s DecisionApp consulting and software system to originate the credit union's indirect lending program.
The credit union expects DecisionApp to be the key to continue expansion without increasing staffing costs.
TruService Community FCU is the first credit union in Arkansas to initiate indirect lending relationships with the metro area Little Rock dealerships.

Coastal Signs With Loan Link Center
RALEIGH, N.C.-The $1.3-billion Coastal Federal Credit Union has contracted with The LoanLink Center, a credit union system-owned "contact center," to bring 24-by-7 online and telephone lending solutions to Coastal's more than 120,000 members.
The LoanLink Center provides a range of contact center services and combines CUNA Mutual's lending expertise-LOANLINER(tm) forms and loanliner.com(tm)-with APPRO System Inc.'s loan origination system and established lending call center technology.
