LSI Adds Deposit App Solution

ELGIN, Ill.-Lending Solutions, Inc has added new service to its loan processing capabilities that it says will assist credit unions in processing new-member and deposit-account applications. Following requests from credit unions, the new service assists in capturing preliminary information from prospective and existing members opening primary deposit accounts, such as savings, checking and money markets. VP-Sales Jeff Frant, said that LSI's lending professionals routinely cross-sell products on more than 50% of applications received from its CU clients.

FLDI, Members Insurance Partner

AUSTIN, Texas-First Lenders Data, Inc. (FLDI), a provider of bundled settlement service solutions to the mortgage lending industry, has formed an alliance with Marlboro, Mass.-based Members Insurance Agency, LLC a CUSO owned by the Massachusetts, New Hampshire and Rhode Island leagues that together represent more than 300 credit unions. The alliance allows Members Insurance Agency to market FLDI's products and services to individual credit unions under a private- labeled version of FirstClose, FLDI's bundled services platform.

CUDL Rated Highly By Dealers

RANCHO CUCAMONGA, Calif.-CU Direct, which administers the Credit Union Direct Lending (CUDL) program, said that an independent survey of its auto dealers and credit unions conducted by Data Based Marketing, dealers gave CUDL an average rating exceeding nine out of a possible 10. Credit union respondents gave CUDL an average score of nearly 8.7 out of 10. The CU Direct-commissioned survey collected data from a random sampling of its dealers throughout all of its markets and was conducted in line with its continuing efforts to improve customer satisfaction, the company said. The survey asked credit unions and dealers to rate the ease of the system, service, training and products provided by the CUDL program.

CU24, Kahuna Biz Group Partner

TALLAHASSEE, Fla.-Credit Union 24 has entered into an agreement Kahuna Business Group to provide ATMs and servicing to its credit union network participants. The agreement will allow Credit Union 24 Network-participating credit unions the ability to place a variety of Triton Systems ATMs at a fraction of the cost of competing machines, it said.
