Share One, DigitalMailer Partner

HERNDON, Va.-Share One, Inc. and DigitalMailer, Inc. have entered into a partnership to provide e-statements and e-LERTs to current and future Share One credit union clients. Starting this month, Share One will incorporate the DigitalMailer products into its core processing and online banking services through a single sign-on interface, the companies said. "These are our two most requested e-marketing solutions," said Ron Daly, president of DigitalMailer, "so we're delighted to offer them through Share One. The e-LERT product takes 'opt-in' email marketing to a new level because it is preference-based, not simply permission-based. That means credit unions' members get to decide the types of alerts they receive and how they will manage them.

FARIN Provides ALM Services

FITCHBURG, Wis.-In the wake of CUNA Mutual's decision to exit ALM services, FARIN & Associates Inc., said it will provide direct support and upgrade services to the more than 350 existing Model Management users. "This decision provides credit unions a clear and easy decision to maintain the continuity in their budgeting, planning, and asset/liability modeling process," the firm said. "CUNA Mutual's decision to exit the business of selling, installing and supporting asset/liability software after more than 20 years is an understandable business decision for them, but (it) does not equate to credit unions thinking a change in software is required."
