Magellan Enhances Intelli-AVM
SAN FRANCISCO-Magellan Lender Services, provider of real estate information services to mortgage lenders, has added a new feature to its Intelli-AVM cascading Automated Valuation Model (AVM) engine that gives lenders greater control over AVM accuracy. "This new patent-pending technology, called the Intelli-Calibrator, transforms proprietary individual AVM confidence scores into a standardized confidence-scoring system that allows lenders to more easily set accuracy criteria for acceptance when performing a cascading AVM search," the company said. FileNet Acquires Yaletown
COSTA MESA, Calif.-FileNet Corp., a provider of enterprise content and business process management, has acquired Yaletown Technology Group, Inc., a provider of content compliance software. This acquisition is expected to provide FileNet with additional technology and expertise to address the compliance market, and will increase the breadth of capability delivered by FileNet's industry-leading Records Manager and Email Manager product suites, the company said.
Branch Capture Solution Offered
