LEVEL5 Develops Hub Branch For Delta

ATLANTA-LEVEL5, a consultant offering integrated design and other branching and branding services, has developed a metro Atlanta retail delivery strategy for Delta Community CU that includes a regional hub branch at 3250 Riverwood Parkway, here.

The branch is expected to open in early 2007. The new hub facility was located in Cobb County because it is a rapidly-growing area of Atlanta.

Future plans call for this branch to become the Cobb County hub, with other branches to be dispersed throughout the growing region.

Delta Community is the largest CU in Georgia, with more than 160,000 members and $2.4 billion in assets.

Fairwinds Part Of Orlando Skyline

ORLANDO, Fla.-FAIRWINDS CU will become part of the city skyline when its name is added to the top of the 12-story office tower at Garland Avenue and Central Boulevard, as part of the CU's relocation of its corporate headquarters.

The move is part of a strategic, long-term growth plan that also includes more than doubling its locations by 2008.

FAIRWINDS will become the anchor tenant in the former SouthTrust Bank building, occupying about 33,560 square feet on three floors (including the top floor), with a new branch scheduled to open on the first floor in early August. The FAIRWINDS sign will be up some time this month.

The growth plan calls for FAIRWINDS to grow from its current 23 branches to 30 by year end, with the addition of 10 locations each year until 2008. (c) 2006 The Credit Union Journal and SourceMedia, Inc. All Rights Reserved. http://www.cujournal.com http://www.sourcemedia.com
