WARREN, Mich. -
Rauch, 53, has been held on $750,000 bond in the Macomb County Jail since his arrest last November after allegedly having several online chatroom conversations - some from his computer at the $26.5 million TCU - with an undercover officer that he thought was a woman who would let him have sex with her daughter, said Macomb County Sheriff Mark Hackel.
He is charged with two counts of child sexually abusive activity (because he used two computers) and one count of using a computer in the commission of a crime.
Hackel said undercover officers from the Macomb Area Computer Enforcement unit arrested Rauch when he arrived in Clinton Township where he expected to meet the woman and her daughter.
