PORTLAND, Ore. - (08/10/05) -- Corillian Corp. said Tuesday it hasagreed to acquire qbt Systems, Inc., a New York City-based providerof online services that bought the Internet services of U.S.Central CU just last month. With the acquisition of qbt Systems,Corillian will be obtaining the company's MemberBridge productline, which Corillian bought from U.S. Central three weeks ago.That includes MemberBridge Internet Banking, MemberACH,MemberBridge Bill Pay, MemberBridge Alerts, MemberBridge SecureMessaging, MemberBridge Consumer Lending System, and MemberBridgeServer. The qbt deal adds 15 new credit union customers toCorillian's client list. Corillian is also in the process ofacquiring InteliData Technologies.
