PURCHASE, N.Y. – Quorum FCU said yesterday it has hired advertising agency VogtGoldstein to provide it with print and direct response services. The 70-year-old credit union was formerly known as Kraft Foods FCU and had no previous ad company. Ad spending was not disclosed. VogtGoldstein is based in Westport, Ct., and lists clients such as BMW, Oxford Health Plans and Southern Connecticut State University.
