PHILADELPHIA — Radian Guaranty has added two national account managers and an inside sales account management team to work strictly with its credit union customers, their members and their trade associations, the private mortgage insurer announced Wednesday.
Bill Walker and David Mills will be the team's national account managers. Walker was previously the national sales manager at CMG Mortgage Insurance Co. and most recently the executive vice president and chief lending officer of $1.1 billion Advia CU in Parchment, Mich.
Mills was the credit union correspondent lending manager at $3.7 billion Lake Michigan FCU in Grand Rapids.
Additionally, Denise Santa Maria, who has been a sales account manager at Radian for eight years, will join the team as inside sales account manager.
Tammy Fitzpatrick, a Radian customer care specialist since 2007, will become part of the CU sales team.
Vice President of business development, Tony Bruschi, and Assistant Vice President of business development, Kristi Helmlinger, will retain their roles in the CU group.
