Michael Iaderosa will retire as president and CEO of Riverview Credit Union in Belpre, Ohio, on June 30.
Chief Financial Officer Douglas Ankrom will succeed Iaderosa on July 1.

Iaderosa has more than 37 years of banking experience and led the credit union for five years. Under his leadership, the credit union expanded of its field of membership, added new products and services and invested in new staff.
“The board wants to thank Mike for the significant contributions he has made to Riverview over the past five years,” Mark Minerd, chairman of Riverview, said in a press release last week. “His leadership and vision has helped the credit union achieve record growth and positioned Riverview for long-term growth and success.”
Ankrom, who has worked for the credit union for roughly five years, brings over 20 years of financial experience with a concentration in accounting and finance.
Ankrom said in an interview with the Credit Union Journal that capitalizing on the credit union’s field of membership expansion is his top priority. It went from serving one county in Ohio to four counties in Ohio and five in West Virginia.
The credit union also plans to revamp its website in hopes attracting younger members.
“We are pleased to announce the appointment of Doug as our next president and CEO,” Minerd said in a release. “He has worked side-by-side with Mike over the past five years, which will offer a seamless transition for staff and members. The board is confident in Doug’s ability to lead Riverview given his commitment to the success of our employees, our members, and to the communities we serve.”
