ALLENTOWN, Pa.–First Class FCU's president was handcuffed and told he was going to die during Monday's robbery in which $67,750 in cash was stolen. Albert Farnschlader, president of the credit union, one of two employees who suffered head injuries when they were pistol-whipped, was back at work yesterday. Police tracked down and captured three of the four suspects within minutes after the incident. They were arrested after crashing their getaway car onto its roof a few blocks from the credit union. The fourth suspect may have escaped in a black sport utility vehicle stolen from one of the credit union tellers, police said.
