Rogue FCU Builds 14,000-Square-Foot Green Branch

NORTH MEDFORD, Ore. – Rogue FCU yesterday broke ground on a new 14,000-square-foot service center that will house its mortgage and business loan officers, as well as investment and insurance representatives.

The 45.4 million project will include “green” features, such as a ground source geothermal system for heating and cooling, roof rainwater collection and reuse, natural lighting for interior illumination, special glass systems for exterior windows, natural ventilation systems, and porous paving systems to reduce demand on the storm drain system.

Completion is scheduled for next fall.
