HARAHAN, La. - The Louisiana Credit Union League hosted eight Russian credit union executives at training seminars on operations, board oversight, member services, and financial management. The seminars, held with the assistance of the World Council of Credit Unions, is the first of several international partnership program opportunities that the league said it will provide to countries interested in creating a credit union league of their own.
