NORCROSS, Ga. – S1 Corp., a provider of back-office services to credit unions and banks, reported net income for its fourth quarter of $6.4 million, or 11 cents a share, compared to a loss of $12.9 million, or 18 cents a share, for the fourth quarter in 2006.
As a result, net income for the year rose 9%, to $19.5 million, or 32 cents a share.
The company said revenues rose for both the quarter, by 6%, and the year, 7%, while expenses declined, helping the company shed its red ink for the fourth quarter last year.
S1 is the parent of Postilion.
