SAN ANTONIO – San Antonio City Employees FCU yesterday said it has signed with Goodwill Industries to open a branch in Goodwill’s renovated store here and to provide Goodwill clients with financial education and services. The services will include short-term loans and payroll check-cashing. The renovated store is located in an 18,000-foot former airplane hangar and will be the largest Goodwill facility in the nation.
