SECU Takes Steps To Enhance Website, Online Service Options

Based on member feedback, State Employees' Credit Union (SECU) said it has rolled out a "new and improved website."

SECU said the improvements provide the ever-increasing online field of membership with a more efficient way to utilize its services.

General enhancements to the site include improved navigation, increased speed and stability and links to related topics on select website pages. In addition, a direct Member Access sign on from the home page is now available. Changes made to SECU's secured Member Access site include page-related help, the ability to view multiple bill payments on a single screen and the option to have online bill payments processed according to a selected send date. Members are able to view all account information on a single screen and have the opportunity to define their sign on ID as well as nickname accounts.

SECU said has also introduced quick and simple Online Loan Advances giving members the benefit of immediate advances from Credit Union Open-End, Salary Advance and Home Equity loans. "The online process allows members to choose from their eligible loans, enter the amount they wish to receive and select a deposit account," SECU stated.

The product used for these enhancements is Corillian Voyager 3.1.
