SAN ANTONIO – Security Service FCU has signed with VSoft Corp. to implement the company’s back counter capture and ATM remote deposit capture solutions to decrease response times and thus improve employee and member experiences.

The $6-billion credit union also selected VSoft's image exchange solution, as well as its application for image-enabled returns. VSoft said its framework positions Security Service to easily and quickly implement additional teller and RDC solutions in the future, such as home/office, merchant and mobile capture solutions.
VSoft said its RDC solutions capture high volume deposits and automatically correct and balance workflows, improving accuracy and reducing teller workload.
