COLORADO SPRINGS - (02/18/05) -- Security Service FCU announced asponsorship deal Thursday with the Colorado Springs Sky Sox minorleague baseball team. Under the deal the San Antonio, Texas, creditunion giant will pay between $1 million and $1.5 million for thenaming rights to the stadium, to be known as Security ServiceField, over 12 years. As part of the deal, the Sky Sox unveiled the$4 million renovation of their home park, which includes anunderground home clubhouse, five-tiered picnic area and indoorbanquet facility. Security Service FCU, with almost $4 billion inassets, operates seven branches in Colorado.
