SEDONA Trims First QuarterLosses

KING OF PRUSSIA, Pa. - (05/24/06) -- SEDONA Corp., maker of the Intarsiasuite of customer relationship management solutions, said firstquarter losses were halved to $420,000, or a penny a share, due toa doubling of revenues. First quarter revenues surged to $468,000as licensing fees and royalties soared to $162,000, from $8,000 forthe first quarter last year. Service revenues also showed stronggrowth, rising to $306,000 for the quarter, form $149,000 in thesame period last year. Among the first quarter highlights was anendorsement contract with NAFCU Service Corp. to have SEDONA be itspreferred provider for member relationship management technology.The company also settled a shareholder suit in the period requiringit to pay $850,000 and 500,000 warrants.
