Service CU Donates $20,000 to Air Force Funds

PORTSMOUTH, N.H. – Service CU, chartered to serve military personnel at Pease Air Force Base, said Friday it has contributed $20,000 for the benefit the Air Force and its retirees. The contributions include $15,000 for the New Hampshire Air Force Memorial Fund, which is building a monument at the New Hampshire Veteran’s Cemetery in nearby Boscawen to honor Air Force veterans. Groundbreaking for the monument was held yesterday and the project is slated for completion on Memorial Day 2008.
