HOUSTON Smart Financial CU has selected Bluepoint Solutions’ ImagePoint as its check capture, electronic cashletter processing and check archive solution.
ImagePoint said it will provide a complete end-to-end check capture, processing and archive solution for the credit union that will simplify workflows, improve research capabilities and lower processing costs.
“Since our go-live with Bluepoint, we have been able to automate a significant portion of our check capture and processing operations and cut our courier costs in half,” said Corbin Wilson, vice president of channel development and integration for the $530-million credit union. “With ImagePoint, we can focus more on member service instead of back-office operations. This is just the beginning of our plans to modernize our check processing.”
