The one-year "Young & Free" job will pay $29,000 and comes with a wireless phone, high-definition video camera and an Internet-equipped Apple MacBook. He or she will be expected to attend events and keep the Web site fresh with video, blogs and polls that educate, entertain and engage his or her peers.

Applicants should be outgoing, possess strong creative skills and be comfortable on camera and with "all things Web." Applications are being accepted though Feb. 27. They will include a one-minute video uploaded to YouTube and a blog post. An online vote will determine the winner.
