PALO ALTO, Calif. – Stanford FCU, the first financial institution in the country to offer Internet banking, has signed with Open Solutions to convert to the company’s DNA core processing system with its new DNAweb Internet banking solution.
DNAweb, which features a customizable interface, helps credit unions offer a more personalized online banking experience and will deliver a bill pay module (DNAbillpay), personal financial management tools, inter-bank transfer capabilities and remote deposit capture integrated in real time.
Business customers will also benefit from an online banking application that streamlines cash management and improves business efficiencies by automating routine functions, like transferring and wiring money, making payroll deposits, paying bills and scheduling recurring tax payments.
“Our technologically savvy members expect innovation and cutting-edge technology, which led us to choose Open Solutions,” said Jim Phillips, senior vice president and chief information officer for the $1.2 billion credit union.
