State National Companies, a provider of collateral protection insurance (CPI) solutions, has announced the results of its 2005 Survey of Service Quality. The company reported it received high marks for its knowledgeable account managers and the timely manner in which they respond to client inquiries. SNC clients were also pleased with the ease of accessibility to their account managers, as well as to service personnel within the company's service centers, it said.
