After the $2.5 billion credit union moved its headquarters to this San Antonio suburb, and brought 300 jobs with it, the city of Live Oak changed the name of the Point Northeast Parkway to Randolph Brooks Parkway. The Texas Department of Transportation then erected signage along eastbound Loop 1604, near the intersection with Interstate 35, that announces 'Randolph Brooks.' The credit union serves 239,000 members.
