MADISON, Wis. — The CUNA HR & Organizational Development Council has unveiled a white paper outlining steps to creating a robust internal communication strategy.
Developing better internal communications is a key component to developing a "happy, engaged and committed" staff, according to the study titled, "Strategic Internal Communications: Creating a Dynamic and Informed Workforce."
The paper discusses, among other things: how credit unions can implement an internal communications strategy; key components of the program, and the effect a strong and effective internal communication has on employees, executives, and credit union members.
