In the ruling order, the judge said he reviewed four psychiatric reports and ordered Perry Moseley, 44, to be turned over to the U. S. Bureau of Prisons for further psychiatric evaluation. He said following that evaluation to see if Moseley poses a danger to himself or others, another hearing will be held.

Moseley was arrested shortly after the robbery of the credit union on June 30, 2010.

A judge had ordered a psychiatric evaluation after his attorney said Moseley was incapable of assisting in his own defense.

Moseley had a previous conviction and served federal prison time for a bank robbery in Illinois in 2003.
