TAUNTON, Mass. – Taunton FCU will be celebrating a grand opening for its new branch inside Trucchi’s Supermarket in Middleboro on Saturday.

The credit union said it will offer customers of the store another benefit of going to Trucchi’s, along with the new cafe that also will be going into the store this week.
The store is the first Trucchi’s to include a credit union or bank branch and the first Taunton Federal branch inside a grocery store.
The $135-million credit union has a longstanding business relationship with the local supermarket chain.
