SAN JOSE, Calif. – Technology CU is calling on members and non-members alike to help raise funds for the state’s cash-strapped schools by earmarking summer savings for the favored school.
The objective of the Save 4 Your School campaign is to rally parents, students and teachers to come together and start a savings program this summer with proceeds earmarked to go toward their school, or a particular program that is in jeopardy because of state and local budget cuts.
Individuals or groups can save money throughout the summer with a Tech CU Savings Challenge Account, and Tech CU will match the funds of the account that saves the most through September 30th.
Members who save a minimum of $25 in their account each month will be automatically entered into the credit union’s monthly Grow Your Green cash prize drawings for a chance to win an extra $100
