PSECU Upgrades Bill Payer

HARRISBURG, Penn.-PESCU here recently upgraded its Bill Payer Service solution to give members additional control over their money and make it easier for them to keep track of bills, the CU said. The upgrades allow users to give their bills nicknames, provides a quick summary of outstanding and upcoming payments as well as bills due, reminds members of payments, shows past payment history and lets members quickly transfer funds to checking from the Bill Payer Service page.

Freedom Launches Facebook Page

WARMINSTER, Penn.-Freedom CU recently launched its official Facebook page, giving members the latest CU and community event news and product offerings, as well. To follow the $400-million institution, simply log on to Facebook, search for "Freedom Credit Union."

 

Tech CU Earns Training Award

SAN JOSE, Calif.-For the second consecutive year Technology CU's Training Department earned a spot on Training Magazine's annual Top 125 listing. The CU's program includes an extensive employee-training curriculum with course topics ranging from mortgage certification, to public speaking and business writing and even a customized program to help employees learn a new computer system. Tech CU offers extensive training at all levels of employment including a four-day New Hire Orientation, a six-month Mentorship Program and an 18-month Leadership Enrichment and Development Program.

 

Mobile Deposits Live At Torrance

TORRANCE, Calif.-Mobile phone deposit over iPhone is now live at Torrance Community CU. The $90-million CU successful accepted its first mobile deposit through the new channel, which can be downloaded from the App Store for free. The sapp, which was developed by wholly-owned subsidiary of EasCorp FCU, Vertifi Software, LLC, deposits funds in real time with immediate access to check images. Checks are processed electronically, through Torrance Community CU's partnerships with EasCorp and INTECH.
