Strohl, Integrasys To Partner
KING OF PRUSSIA, Pa. and PLANO, Texas-Strohl Systems, a provider of business continuity planning (BCP) software and services, has entered into a joint marketing agreement with IntegraSys, a provider of information technology services to credit unions and a unit of Fiserv. Under the agreement, IntegraSys will market and sell Strohl's PLANet, an online business continuity planning tool, and will include documentation and custom recovery procedures in PLANet for IntegraSys' core systems.
The companies noted that PLANet provides users with a cost-effective solution that simplifies the planning process to develop, test, and maintain a comprehensive plan, and is up-to-date with U.S. Patriot Act requirements, as well as disaster scenarios. Strohl Systems will be responsible for all customer training and support of PLANet during the three-year agreement.

Appro Debuts Auto Loan Interface
BATON ROUGE, LA.-APPRO Systems said it has developed the first interface between its consumer loan automation system and RouteOne, the auto finance consortium formed by Ford Motor Credit, GMAC, Toyota Financial Services and DaimlerChrysler Services. The interface will allow car dealers within the RouteOne dealer network to directly submit consumer lease and loan applications online to subscribing financial institutions that use APPRO's LoanCenter Consumer. RouteOne is currently pilot testing the system with 41 dealerships and plans a broader rollout in the second quarter. RouteOne is developing a web-based system that will allow dealers and their finance sources to exchange credit application and decision information online.
Jack Henry Acquires e-Classic
MONETT, Mo.-Jack Henry & Associates announced it has agreed to acquire e-Classic Systems, Inc., a Norwood, Mass.-based provider of software to manage and account for ATM networks. The company and its 16 employees in the greater Boston area will be incorporated into Jack Henry's existing ATM services operation. e-Classic's flagship product is ATM Manager Pro, a solution for complete ATM business management. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
