COWWW Wins Best Of Show

SPARTA, Mich.-COWWW Software, a provider of web-based archiving, retrieval, and document distribution solutions, has won the CUNA Technology Council's 2004 annual Best of Show award. The award was presented during the recent CUNA Future Forum and is given to the exhibitor that has demonstrated a commitment to delivering technology that will enhance the growth of products and services in the credit union marketplace.

Titan Image Statement Upgrade

ORLANDO, Fla.-Fiserv Imagesoft, a unit of Fiserv, Inc., has released a new version of its Titan Image Statement application. "This new release offers institutions the ultimate flexibility in image-statement production," the company said. "It is operating-system-independent and provides the capability to pull check images from any archive. The new application supports a wide variety of print languages, including AFP, Metacode, PDF and PCL, and enables output in multiple formats for print and/or electronic delivery of images."

Online Mortgage Originations

ORLANDO, Fla.-Insight Financial has added an online mortgage origination center to its website at www.insightfinancialcu.com. "This website gives users the ability to research interest rates and loans products, and apply for their mortgage online 24-hours a day, 7-days a week," the company said. " Applicants have the ability to save their application and return to complete it at any time." Visitors to the site can sign up for Rate Watch where they are e-mailed rate information. Online tools included in the website consist of mortgage calculators, a glossary, details of what to expect throughout the application process and product descriptions.

EPC Launched By FLS

BROOKFIELD, Wis.-Fiserv Lending Solutions has launched an electronic network that will allow lenders to use a single point of contact to streamline and improve their processes, the company said. Fiserv said its new Electronic Partner Connection (EPC) will provide a single point for order and delivery of services, or bundles of services, provided by Fiserv Lending Solutions and selected partners. The network is currently in development and should be available to lenders in the first quarter of 2005.

5 CUs Sign To Use StreamLend

ALBANY, N.Y.-IA Systems, Inc. has signed five new credit unions representing more than $2.1 billion in assets to use its StreamLend suite of software products. StreamLend streamlines the entire loan application and underwriting process, integrating lending procedures into one, paperless environment, the company said. The five contracts represent more than $1.3 million in business.
