* Technology Infrastructure-Spokane Teachers CU in Liberty Lake, Wash., for its "STCU Insider," a one-stop online information sharing area for employees that blends a number of specialized systems into one look and feel utilizing the Web browser.
* Information Security/Privacy-Numerica CU in Spokane, Wash., for its java-based software solution that takes and encrypts all the traffic between the client and the host. The system is easy to set up, configure and maintain, and is completely compatible with Symitar network environments such as Citrix servers and VPN solutions.
* Member Convenience-Ent FCU in Colorado Springs, Colo., for creating the "Lion OneCard Program." Ent partnered with the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs (UCCS) to create this combination student ID/Visa check card designed exclusively for UCCS students, faculty and staff. In addition to point-of-sale and ATM transactions, the card's campus functionality includes door access for dormitories and secured rooms, payment from UCCS meal plan and snack accounts, library material checkout, and photo identification for events and on-campus shuttles.
* Sales Management-Technology CU in San Jose, Calif., for creating a sales management solution for referrals, sales, and employee incentive plans that was integrated into the CU's existing member relationship management system, called Member Connect. The new module allows referrals to be generated for a member without having to toggle to a different system or re-entering information.
* Miscellaneous-Technology CU in San Jose, Calif., for its customizable Web-based performance evaluation software that allows managers to created employees' 90-day or annual-performance evaluations quickly and easily. The new system analyzes each position and showcases the functions that contribute to the credit union's corporate goals as well as a superior experience for members.
