VANCOUVER, Wash. – An 18-year-old man was arrested and charged with placing a skimmer and pinhole camera on an ATM at Lacamas CU.
The teenager was identified after police released a surveillance image showing a suspect placing the skimmer on the ATM’s card slot and a pinhole camera above the machine’s keypad.
The teen, identified as Nicholas Duncan, was arrested on suspicion of fraud.
The Cleveland-based bank is projecting steady growth in net interest income even as credit losses remain manageable. But Chairman and CEO Chris Gorman also said that he thinks a recession is likely.
