LONGVIEW, Texas – Diane Hollis will retire as president and CEO of Telco Plus CU this Friday after 45 years with the $53 million credit union, the last 32 as chief executive.
Succeeding her as president and CEO will be Betty DeWeese, the executive vice president of Telco Plus.
Hollis began at the credit union as a bookkeeper in 1964, when the institution was known as LeTourneau FCU. She has served as president and CEO since 1988.
Investors seemed to agree with CEO Barry Sloane's argument that strong earnings will outweigh a jump in nonaccrual loans.
