Teller Barred For Stealing $70,000

ALEXANDRIA, Va. – NCUA said this afternoon it banned Alexander Flores, a former teller at Capstone FCU, from the credit union industry for stealing $72,000 from the credit union.

Flores, who worked at the Aliso Viejo credit union for three years, was sentenced to 120 days in prison and ordered to pay restitution to Capstone FCU.

He is also a suspect in a similar theft from Wescom Central CU, where he had previously worked.
