WILLIAMSPORT, Pa. – A former teller at West Branch Valley FCU was charged yesterday with stealing $30,000 from the cash drawers of the credit union. Authorities charged Rhonda Cranmer, 39, with stealing large sums of cash from the credit union, where she served as head teller. Credit union officials became suspicious and notified police.
