RICHARDSON – Texans CU announced it has implemented Onyx Software Corp.’s customer relationship management system. As part of an enterprise-wide Onyx roll-out, the $1.5 billion credit union implemented Onyx Contact Center, using the system’s business process automation and intelligent call scripting to allow employees to respond to member interactions faster and more reliably. The platform gives Texans employees a single, comprehensive view of member information.
