BEAUMONT, Texas - (01/27/05) -- Texas Coastal Community FCU said ithas installed a loan processing system provided by the OpenEdgeunit of Bedford, Mass.-based Progress Software Corp. Based on theProgress OpenEdge platform, Sharetec uses the business logicscripting capabilities of the OpenEdge development tools and relieson the Progress RDBMS, an embedded database, to integrate criticalbusiness tasks.
