LAKE JACKSON, Texas – Texas Dow Employees CU said it has enhanced its real estate appraisal management operations with a la mode’s Mercury Network Vendor Management Platform.
Mercury Network said its Vendor Management Platform allows lenders to manage their appraisal workflow. The system runs thousands of customizable quality control rules on every appraisal report before delivery to the $1.6 billion credit union, which retains a majority of its mortgages.
For the assets Texas Dow decides to sell on the secondary market, Mercury Network provides Native XML for compliance with Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac’s new computer data requirements.
