The 41-story office building located in Houston’s Galleria area underwent a $5 million upgrade in 2012 and the credit union, a tenant since 1991, expanded its footprint from 2,281 square-feet to 9,491 square-feet. The branch was relocated to the building’s first floor with five ATMs in high-traffic areas of the one million-square-foot building.

The new location offers the $2 billion credit union a full suite of service and products including space for its wealth management, insurance and real estate operations.

“Houston is a growing market for TDECU and we’re very pleased to be able to help our members and new members to come by bringing them the products and services they need to improve their lives,” said Stephanie Sherrodd, president of Texas Dow Employees.”
