Texas Dow Employees CU Implements SureClose Mortgage Closing Solution

LAKE JACKSON, Texas - Texas Dow Employees CU yesterday said it has installed Stewart Title's SureClose online mortgage management system. The system coordinates real estate professionals with lenders and title agents, allowing homebuyers and sellers to monitor the status of their loans and to receive their title policy, loan and deed documents at the same time as the purchase of their house. Officials with the $1.2 billion credit union said the system allows it to approve loans online in two minutes.
