LAKE JACKSON, Texas – Texas Dow Employees CU said it joined Ohio’s Corporate One FCU.
The $1.6 billion credit union said it will be looking to Corporate One to provide a host of services, including investment options, credit lines and settlement services, in addition to some correspondent services.
“We are pleased to be in partnership with one of the strongest corporate credit unions in our industry,” said Edward Speed, president of Texas Dow Employees.
The Jackson, Mississippi, company will use proceeds from the sale of its Fisher Brown Bottrell Insurance unit to restructure its investment portfolio, moving $1.6 billion of low-yield securities off the balance sheet.
