MANSFIELD, Texas – Texas Trust CU has purchased a two-building, 78,660-square-foot office complex in nearby Arlington.
The $750 million credit union plans to use the additional space for back-office operations. The operations will be transitioned to the new facility in the next few months from Mansfield and Grand Prairie.
The credit union plans to use one of the buildings for its operation and lease out the other building to tenants.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
