MANSFIELD, Texas – Texas Trust Credit Union has purchased two office buildings with nearly 80,000 square feet of space that it designated to become its new corporate headquarters.

The $721-million credit union said the purchase is the next phase in a growth strategy that calls for it to nearly double its membership to 100,000 from 58,000 and hit $1 billion in assets by 2016.
The office space currently is at 66% occupancy. Texas Trust initially will occupy a small footprint, with plans to occupy 50% or more of the total space within the next three to five years.
