TALLAHASSEE, Fla. – United Solutions Company, a technology CUSO that hosts core processing and other tech services for credit unions, on Monday said three credit unions signed contracts to convert to the OnCore XP2 core processing system.
United Solutions said $456 million Envision Credit Union and $19 million Florida A&M University Federal Credit Union, both based in Tallahassee, Fla., and $27 million Brightview CU, Ridgeland, Miss., chose to keep the CUSO as their technology partner “due to its commitment to personalized service and innovative technology solutions.”
“With their selection of OnCore, our clients will have the ability to increase efficiency and meet their members’ needs with greater ease,” Jim Giacobbe, president and CEO of United Solutions, said in a statement. “We created OnCore to be the complete, credit-union-in-a-box technology solution for credit unions. With OnCore, our clients get the technology and innovation they need to thrive in a very competitive market. It feels good knowing our credit unions are recommitting to United Solutions and choosing the OnCore platform.”
Envision CU, which serves six counties in north Florida, has been working with the CUSO since its inception in 1983. Envision is merging with Focus Credit Union, creating a credit union with more than $440 million in assets and more than 40,000 members. Currently, both CUs are on United Solutions’ hosted DataSafe system, and said they sought to “deepen member relationships and provide a more efficient, streamlined process for loan origination.” Envision Credit Union also currently uses USC’s Check Capture and Managed Network Services solutions.
Florida A&M University FCU said in 1992 it chose United Solutions to be on the DataSafe core processing system. With more than 3,000 members and almost $20 million in assets, Florida A&M University FCU said it chose to convert to OnCore XP2 to better serve its members.
“United Solutions has been a great business partner for the credit union, and we are looking forward to moving to the more efficient XP2 Platform,” said Florida A&M University FCU CEO Ernest Allen. Florida A&M University FCU also currently uses United Solutions Collections, Mobile Deposit Capture, and Managed Network Services.
With more than 70 employers and organizations contributing to its member base, Brightview CU said it was prepared to move to the OnCore XP2 system. “I want my staff to be able to use the system without difficulty, give our members a better home banking experience, and speed up our lending process,” said CEO Arthur Hart.
Brightview Credit Union currently uses United Solutions Managed Network Services.
United Solutions signed with Fiserv in 2015 to start hosting the XP2 core-processing platform as a part of the new OnCore offering.
