Three Rivers FCU Adds GMTs Workforce Management Tool

FORT WAYNE, Ind. – Three Rivers FCU yesterday said it has selected GMT Corp.’s On-Demand branch workforce optimization solution.

GMT said its hosted solution, which includes all features and capabilities of the company’s flagship workforce management solution, will provide capacity modeling and scheduling for the $500 million credit union’s sales agents and member service representatives across its network of 18 branch locations in Indiana and northwest Ohio.

Delivered in the Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) model, GMT On-Demand is designed to provide rapid deployment flexibility, without the burden of large upfront investment costs. GMT On-Demand also includes GMT’s SureServices client success methodology, which includes project management, installation, customer care and consulting services.

GMT is based in Norcross, Ga.
